Oh my these are BEAUTIFUL! My favorite visitors to my garden..I have taken MANY photos of butterflys!I saw my first Monarch this year yesterday in the garden!!
Oh I adore butterflies and a summer visit is a MUST for the butterfly conservatory in Niagara. I had butterflies at my wedding, we had a backyard wedding and we released 200 monarchs, they all landed on guests and fluttered around for dinner and cocktails. I am trying to capture most visitors I see.
Oh, how lucky. I've never seen anything like this. There's a butterfly conservatory right near us, but I've never been there. How interesting to have butterflies at your wedding. I don't think I've heard of that before.
It was something different from confetti (as we were using my Aunts backyard) We also had rose petals, but the butterflies made the biggest impact as they stuck around to enjoy her garden for weeks! Our guests really enjoyed them, over the earwigs that infest the tables! :O
